Good. The young woman was crazy to think she deserved the money and/or would get it.
I’m amazed that there is a hearing later... to decide whether the parents HAVE to pay for college!
Here in Texas, 18 yo is adult! In NY (probably NJ too) child support goes to 21 yo. Thankfully, my hubby’s last child finished a 2 yr college program and moved out of momma’s house over 18 months before her 21st b’day!
