Actually, over 50 are. Its just that some of the morons don’t like the current pain. If that pain gets appeased, the moron in them will shine brightly through.
The number is closer to 50% if you recall the last election. The 12% difference in his current approval rate can be attributed to Obama not being liberal enough for these mentally challenged Americans.
