Gibbs frets about Dem 2014 chances

The Senate is “definitely” in danger of flipping to Republican control, former White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said Sunday.
Appearing on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Gibbs said “there’s no doubt that the rollout for healthcare is still providing a huge hangover” for Democrats. But that’s not the biggest problem that Democrats face as an emboldened GOP seeks to seize six Senate seats and retake the majority for the first time in eight years.
Democrats are worried, he said, that the electorate could be more like the tea party wave election and less like the 2012 defeat of Mitt Romney and a sustained GOP push for the Senate.
In that event, “there’s a real, real danger that the Democrats could suffer big losses,” Gibbs said.
And a GOP Senate joining a conservative House majority would make the last two years of President Barack Obama’s presidency pretty painful for Democrats, Gibbs said.

AND most importantly, the end of Harry “The Rat” Reid and his ways. I would make he and the demodummies suffer for everything he and they have done to this once great nation. I would work with congress to absolutely “FREEZE” odumbo and Moooochelle’s checkbooks. I would make them just SIT on their hands the remaining time they are occupying our property (The White House).......... And, a side note to odumbo if he reads this, KEEP YOUR DAMN FEET OFF OUR DESK!
Just like the Patriot Act when Republicans held all three branches. Eroding basic liberties seems to be the only thing one party political control leads to.
Are you series? They upended 1/6 of the economy with Obamacare alone. Dems had been working on that for 60-70 years and FINALLY got it thru. Fairly major in my book.
And don’t overlook what they are doing with multiple unchallenged appointments to the federal courts.
Or the way they’ve manipulated the IRS.
Dems have been a little TOO successful IMO.
Sure, I’d like to see the Republicans control the Senate in order to add an additional check against 0bama, but as we all very well know from the Bush years, if there’s less than 60 votes in the Senate nothing meaningful will happen legislatively. I don’t see a large enough majority within the House/Senate that will be able to override a Presidential Veto.
I welcome Gibbs views when they agree with my own, but something about his delivery resembles a Concern Troll. I have to wonder if he left on bad terms and is secretly satisfied at all the potholes the Obamms are experiencing. I think Valarie Jarret pushed a lot of Obama’s primary advisors out of direct contact with the president.
