Can the word “empowered” be retired, already? I’m so sick of it.
...in my retirement, I volunteered to work at the local library...I reshelf returned books, and in the juvenile non fiction and biography sections, the number of girl empowerment books is absurd...look for same sex empowerment next, at which point I volunteer for something else...
Wouldn't blame you a bit. I'd love to ask these feminists why they need to be empowered. Only someone who's weak and helpless would think someone could GIVE them ability and strength.
