Paul Deen and her ridiculously pathetic brother Bubba Hier shuttered ‘Uncle Bubba’s Seafood and Oyster House’ and included in employees’ severance checks, which were collected in the parking lot, was a message, “Thank you for 10 great years. Uncle Bubba’s is now closed.”

So far so good, except employees that stood in the parking lot of the business that was the center of Deen’s racism scandal in 2013, were unaware the business was closing until they were greeted with that message of gratitude for their dedicated work.

In many, if not most restaurants, employees handle CASH.

Many places when you get fired without notice, security takes your employee badge and walks you immediately to the door.

They are afraid you will steal or cause damage. Not an unfounded fear.

Restuarants have about a 95% failure rate in the first three years.

You mean that fraud, Robert Irvine?

That's the guy- couldn't recall the name. Fraud? How come? I know these "reality" shows are scripted and controlled to some degree, but I'd be interested to hear why you say that.
