Back in the 60’s I grew up in Cleveland, Oh and we NEVER went into a black ghetto area...If were found ourselves near the area or God forbid, in the area, we would go through —cautiously—red lights just to get onto a freeway enterance and get out. Cops did not ticket you ..most just looked the other way.
Driver probably didn’t want to be there either and the little POS dum-ass ran into the street.Driver damed either way, got out to help and the animals attacked,
I think driving through the ‘hood is worse now than in the 60’s (active rioting periods excluded).
