Corporate America will neuter any attempt to repeal it. Big Healthcare made a strategic decision to work with the Dems to write the law after Obama nixed the single payer option. Money has been sunk into setting up a gov system that requires citizens to buy Big Healthcare products. Big Healthcare wants to salvage the projected profits from Obamacare. The other dimension is many major corporations want to dump healthcare costs from their books. In the past it served its purpose to attract needed workers but today its admin costs is a burden. Big business wants to dump it on the taxpayers and politicians to fight it out amongst themselves and freeing up corporate capital for other endeavors. Lobbyists are already working on GOP when they come to power in the Senate and House to fix Obamacare, not repeal it. If all else fails, Big Healthcare will demand a bailout for the losses of the failed program because it is part of the ACA law, something the Dems did not even know when they voted for it. Only good news out of this mess, is the single payer system is dead on arrival among the US public. After we get thru ACA mess, subject of healthcare reform will not be popular in the US.
