An Oregon county commission has ordered an incinerator to stop accepting boxed medical waste to generate electricity after learning the waste it’s been burning may include tissue from aborted fetuses from British Columbia.

Sam Brentano, chairman of the Marion County board of commissioners, said late Wednesday the board is taking immediate action to prohibit human tissue from future deliveries at the plant that has been turning waste into energy since 1987.

“We provide an important service to the people of this state and it would be a travesty if this program is jeopardized due to this finding,” he said in a statement. “We thought our ordinance excluded this type of material at the waste-to-energy facility. We will take immediate action to ensure a process is developed to prohibit human tissue from future deliveries.” …

This is worse than a bad SciFi movie from the 70’s.

This is what we have come to.

This is actually as bad as the plot line in “Soylent Green”

Turn up the heat hon, roast another infant.

Lets hope that we don’t have to pay the price that we deserve for this abomination.

If it's OK to dismember live babies, why is it unethical to burn their bodies after they've been killed?
Let's see the Libtards square that circle.

So not just in the UK.
No use commenting on the denial of human nature that seems to be getting more and more common.

The smell of their sin will move our God to unleash His wrath at last. How long, O Lord must you tarry?

For what it's worth, folks, there's a quote making the rounds on local radio that's quoted ONLY at one online source currently (soon to be 2). It took me aback, coming from a public official:

NWCN.com: Fetal tissue burning halted at Oregon power plant

Marion County Chair Sam Brentano says if that is the case it cannot be tolerated. He immediately stopped the burning of all medical waste while the county looks into the report. An emergency commission meeting was scheduled for Thursday morning.

"Bottom line I’m not going to facilitate abortion," said Brentano. "It’s the ultimate disrespect to innocence."

Medical waste is hazardous waste.

Back in the old days they would throw it in the trash can and it would ultimately end up in the city landfill.

When they implemented regs on proper disposal it drove the costs up and many complained. And of course, dumping of medical waste is widespread and you can find many articles on the internet about that problem.

I myself, a few years ago, came upon what must have been thousands of syringes washed up on the bank of the local lake.

“Bottom line I’m not going to facilitate abortion,” said Brentano. “It’s the ultimate disrespect to innocence.”

There are still those who have ethics and honor.

Thank you, Mr. Brentano.

I didn’t see an article about this in the Salem Oregon (Marion County) newspaper this morning. Liberal trash rag.
