On Wednesday Darrell Issa demanded Attorney General Eric Holder answer new questions about the Justice Department’s role in the IRS’s targeting of conservative groups. In a letter sent to Holder, Issa sought answers about a newly released email between former IRS official Lois Lerner and DOJ official Richard Pilger in which Pilger asks Lerner “When you have a moment, will you call me? I’ve been asked to run something by you” and requests who at the IRS “DOJ folks could talk to” about ways to target politically involved non-profit groups.
So far none of the broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC) reported on this latest IRS scandal development on their evening or morning shows.

Of course the Fraud that is Issa and his ‘investigation committee’ could have long ago exercised the power of Congress and arrested Holder until it gained lawful compliance. Instead he drags it out to the benefit of Obama and the Left.
It was less time from the Watergate burglary to Nixon’s resignation than Issa’s taken so far.

Given how quickly Issa slapped the cuffs on Holder when he was held in contempt I suppose, er, eh, huh? He did nothing?

Oh, please, don’t blame Issa...Arresting holder would completely blow up in the Republicans’ collective faces...it would give a weapon to Obama and his lapdog media to hammer conservatives over the head with...
We’re all ticked off, but focus your anger on the people who most deserve it— Holder, Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Sebilius, etc....Once we have the Senate, things could change in a hurry...and then it will be time to hold Republicans’ feet to the fire...
Issa is just playing a role. His part in the play is to feed the sense of inevitability concerning the march of leftism. Incrementalism. Each day passes and more lose hope he will ever do his job. It is all by design.
Any time he would like to debate that with me I will be glad to oblige. Perhaps we could make it an online event. In fact, more of us should call for their reps to debate them openly.
Please my ass. While you are concerned with a political party’s popularity, I’m concerned with whats left of the ;law and my country.

So, let me see if I understand...in an election year, you want Republicans to take the focus off of the lousy economy and Obamacare, by arresting the first Black attorney general, giving the democrats a political weapon to use against the republicans in November...a gift that would galvanize their base (blacks who don’t normally vote in midterms) and potentially throw the senate away...meaning more elected democrats who will continue us down this road to hell? Is that what you want? Umm...good luck with that...
DOJ and the WH are neck deep in the scandal. But what difference does it make?
