In many places you must get a "permit" to exercise your right. Hey, how'd you like to have to get a permit to set up a facebook account? How about a license for an email address? How about other gun laws? Background checks to make a purchase. Magazine capacity limits. Banned features. Banned imports. Banned ammunition. Gun free zones.
