This congress is as ball-less as Obama.
The O administration has taken the stand, “We are above the law.” enough times and had Congress do nothing just as O has done on the world scene - and O’s appointees are just as afraid of Congress as Putin is afraid of Obama.......NOT!
Obama has usurped both the Legislative and the Judicial branches, he has both issued “laws” and decided what laws are void.
