Americans have become increasingly concerned about the federal government's seizure of privately-held lands and property, especially after the Cliven Bundy incident in Nevada. Now another land owner, Bill Johnson of Temecula, California, claims his property at Vail Lake, the largest privately-owned lake in California, is being threatened by the county, state, and federal governments.
Johnson purchased 11,000 acres of land in Riverside County over 17 years ago, including Vail Lake, encompassing over 1,000 square surface acres of water. Now Johnson claims various levels of government are trying to seize the property, using intimidation under the guise of environmental concerns.
Johnson told Breitbart News: "The habitat is free of any endangered species. The government just wants it because it’s part of their 'core area' due to the properties of water and enormous size."
He mentioned that the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) currently manages land parcels on either side of Vail Lake.
"The EPA needed to come up with 42,000 acres in the area to 'protect' the kangaroo rats," Johnson said. "They intimated property owners into giving up their land."
Duncan Hunter, a Republican Member of the U.S. House of Representatives from California from 1981 to 2009, has known Johnson since the 1970's.

They are doing the same (stealing rights) to me with 3 tiny lots in Santa Cruz County. My parents bought these lots in the late 1950s and paid taxes on them all these years. I cannot develop them, nor can I sell them (because they cannot be developed). But, I am stil charged taxes and fees on them annually.
A couple of my cousins are involved in real estate and buiding in the area. They advise me to stop paying taxes and allow the County to take the lots. That is against my nature. (to stop paying my bills)

My sense is they seize it with some future use in mind that they’re not willing to share. Or they seize it as a playground for city folks who want to go see nature. (We should declare the sewer rat, or the feces slug, endangered in NYC and shut the place down from use or development.)
Stopping this is the first avenue of approach.
In any case, any land should revert to the person or to the person’s heirs if ANY change, use, activity, etc. is ever associated with that former owner’s lands.
I think you should invite a bunch of squatters to set up tents to live on this land. Preferably nice variety of minorities and illegal aliens.
After they have lived there for a few months, sign the land over to them equally and make sure you have lots of cameras to record the various agencies who show up to kick them off and confiscate the land.

Slaves of the government is showing it’s ugly face every day. America is nothing more than a communists empire and we are slaves to its corruption. When will Americans realize that government from local to the Feds is corrupted and no longer service to its people. I try not to seem to be anti government because we do need laws but when it resembles a master to slave it bothers me. America is damn near finished and we have nothing to stop it.

You just nailed it down right there. We DO need laws, starting with those protecting PRIVATE PROPERTY rights, which our leaders are sworn to uphold. They have officially switched sides from protector of rights to usurpers and common thieves. It is our DUTY as Americans to oppose this behavior.

Let me tell you, it’s only becoming more overt under the Jarett Regime because it literally has been going on for decades. I lost a 15 story bldg. project due to a bicycle bridge. A 100 million dollar mall was on hold 15 years for the “tooth caved beetle”
As the author says, all you can do is pay the taxes. After a while, it becomes a fools errand, and they know it.
Under current law, and because of LIV’s, they can take your property for NOTHING if they want to and get away with it.
My project would have employed hundreds. In the same time frame, LIV’s whined about no employment opportunities. There is a complete dis-connect in the liberal walnut mind that jobs come from investment capital, entrepreneurs and risk taking and are KILLED by regulation.

Judging from comments made a few years ago by friends who worked natural resources at a state level, and who had to deal with the feds, I suspect the only agenda is:
“All your land are belong to us!”
The guys I knew have switched jobs, but they described USFS & BLM employees talking about ‘touroids’ instead of tourists, and wanting to introduce grizzly bears into places near large cities, and laughing about how a few eaten touroids would keep the humans ‘out of our forests’.
It isn’t so much a specific agenda as a belief that public lands belong to the BLM & USFS & USPS employees, for the employees benefit. The public are interlopers & transgressors who invade the employees’ home. From their perspective, enlarging the area by dishonest use of wilderness areas or water acts or the endangered species act is just a way of making their ‘home’ bigger and better. Like any good liberal, they think they know best and the citizens of the US - the unwashed masses - are trying to ruin ‘their’ property. It is the government mentality - we exist for them, not they for us.

I don’t understand how anyone can doubt that Agenda 21 is real.
I’m a recent convert to the position that it is already well under way based on my investigations of same driven by trying to get my arms (& head) around the huge BLM Swat Team at Bunkerville, Nev.
Open a mosquito preserve get some foundation grants....
