Most of the protesters in the east and sea border are anti-Kiev..not Pro-russia......they do not want to join Russia...they want local home rule...autonomy. Russia has no problem with letting them be so. The EU/NAto/Us does not.
You should hear the total breakdown of the EU via the Atlantic Council concerning Nato and the EU now....calling for a change in it's leadership, but nobody willing to Also interesting is the Council sees and acknowleges there's been a witch hunt against Russia from the get go...you should hear their plans to once again incorporate Russia into their fold....and be assured Russia will be without a doubt.
We have many RINOS and GOP Establishment types here at FR (and on this thread) who don’t want Ukraine to have local, home rule and be autonomous.
And yes, thety are anti-Kiev, not pro-Russia.
Unfortunately, Ukraine may end up turning to Russia.
