Slippery slope. If ever a “gay” gene is identified, the clamor to outlaw abortion for the purpose of extinguishing a budding homosexual will be tremendous.

Sex selection abortion would be the loophole in that law. People would just lie about wanting a child of a different sex and then abort the homosexual.
