Texas talk show host Amy Kushnir has been flooded with hate mail since storming off the set of KTXD-TV’s “The Broadcast” last week in what Glenn Beck called “one of the most incredible pieces of television” he’s “ever seen in America.”
Before walking off the set, Kushnir said that Michael Sam — the first openly gay player drafted in the NFL — “has every right to do what he wants,” but that doesn’t mean she wants it “in [her] face.”
“I don’t want to see a straight couple, a gay couple, anybody licking cake off each other’s faces!” Kushnir added for Glenn Beck on Monday. “It’s not appropriate for children.”
But since the video of her walking off the set went viral, Kushnir said she has been inundated by some of the most abhorrent messages imaginable.
“We’re talking pornography pictures. We’re talking rape threats. There was a death threat,” she told Beck. “The most unbelievable spewing of hate you’ve ever seen in your life. I can’t even tell you the exact words because it’s forbidden on-air.”
Kushnir added that people who have defended her on social media have been attacked as well.

I think he was referring to the men he encountered, a homicide case as well if I remember, but this was years ago and the gay community was much different than it is today. He also had a partner on the force who was gay. He hated him, said he was a mean/cruel s.o.b.
I had a friend whose aunt was a lesbian. She said when her aunt and her friends got together, they were always fighting/bitching.

YEP, he does my fingernails every two weeks, my long fingernails painted by him. He always does designs on my nails, not just color. He is really an artist. I see him tomorrow. I HAVE been wearing red, white and blue because I was traveling. I always "show off" my nation's colors when I travel.
