I disagree.
Romney said that “tax cuts” have no impact on 47% of voters.
That was because 47% of voters either pay no taxes, or because they receive more government benefits than they do pay in taxes.
The statement was absolutely factual.
What Romney did wrong was stop defending himself.
He buckled, he started apologizing, he begged the MSM to destroy him, and the MSM obliged.
If you are not willing to fight the MSM - and Romney never had the heart for that - you should not run for public office as a Conservative.

Mr $$$ bags thought he was just dissing half of America to those $$$ donors who felt the same way as him, that phony said one thing to them and another thing to us and he got caught.
