19 The CEO of the Boy Scouts did make 1.5 million dollars a year. Gates came on as the “president”, what he makes I have no idea. The president of the BSA National Council (the governing body of the BSA) and all ~1,400 members of the National Council are all volunteers. The BSA professionals do not vote at the annual business meeting.
