Is there a single poor black neighborhood in all of USA a white person can feel safe at nighttime?

To be honest, I can’t think of many poor white neighborhoods an innocent black would feel endangered at night time.

If its a bad white neighborhood for blacks then its bad for any outsider....regardless the race

All black hoods are bad for whites....not just at night
