employers have these options.

dump employee coverage,
and pay a $2000 a year fine

above, but give more $$ to employee so employee can join Obamacare...
pay a $2000 a year fine, the added $$ is treated as ordinary wages.

pay for employee’s Obamacare with pre-tax money,
and pay a $100 A DAY fine (36500)
....

Ot cut back # full-time equivalent employees to less than 50, or cut back employees to 29 hours/week, pay a $0 year fine, $0 a day fine? Hmmmmmmm.
