CNN boss Jeff Zucker wants to revamp the struggling network, but nobody reportedly wants to work there.
A CNN source told the New York Post that the unstable network is having problems recruiting key talent to a place that was once known as "the most trusted name in news."
"We cant find talent who wants to come to CNN. No one wants to come because we scrap things after a year," the source told the Post. "Every talent agency we contact cant get us anyone... Even talent from larger local markets refuse to come here, because they are afraid.
Daytime anchors Brooke Baldwin and Carol Costello will reportedly be moving from Atlanta to New York to be closer to Zucker while Don Lemon is angling for a primetime show, even though nearly every in-house talent the network has tried to force upon its primetime viewers has tanked.
CNN's ratings have plummeted the more the network tries to conceal its liberal biases and masquerades as an "objective" station. That may even be changing, as Zucker recently admitted that even though the network's own viewers are not interested in CNN's climate change stories, he will try to find more creative ways to force them to care.
"Climate change is one of those stories that deserves more attention, that we all talk about, but we haven't figured out how to engage the audience in that story in a meaningful way," Zucker recently said at an awards dinner in New York. "When we do do those stories, there does tend to be a tremendous amount of lack of interest on the audience's part."

They must buy the large screen televisions or something for this captive audience. However, I notice even that audience is dwindling as more and more, people's eyes are glued to I-Phones, Laptops, Kindles and the like.
CNN is positively insufferable!
That is the thing.
I don’t believe we are really even wanting a conservative / libertarian place to watch.
CNN’s problem is it is LIBERAL. Flamingly so. That is the problem. I periodically tune in, and every single time I am once again chased away by their LIBERAL (very much so) biases.
That is a huge problem. I am not against watching CNN except every single time I try them out once again, I flee because they are just biased. Very badly.
It is a problem CNN. You don’t produce balance.
I want a picture of zucker with a big L on his forehead!
See here, comrades, you'll care about what we TELL you to care about!
It’s a little funny watching wolf blitzer still trying to blame everything on W.
Funny thing about humans, especially Americans, we tend to be bored or resentful when someone lies to our face. Odd that the folks at CNN are to obtuse to grasp such a simple concept.
Sounds like Zucker’s putting his foot down. It’s our fault we’re not interested in Global Warming/Climate Change lies.
This is, however, how libs think. Their motives are so pure and noble that they shouldn’t have any consequences from the masses at large, or from the restraints of “profit” or actually making any choices based on fiscal considerations.
That is why they seek power in the government, where, because of the legal use of deadly force, they can do their stupid, “noble” agenda with no consequences, because they can make others pay for those consequences.
Recently I've heard more reliable pro-American stories from Pravda.
...I wish I was kidding
CNN’s loss of status is directly related to their loss in credibility for so blatantly whoring themselves out as a PR machine for the left. The media organizations who uncritically repeat the patently false Obama line, and shout down any attempt to point out the truth, signed their own death warrants.
That said, Fox’s cozying up to the GOP establishment isn’t going to play well in the long run for them, either.
Bingo. I would quite literally rather stare at a blank wall than watch CNN. Of course at an airport there is an endless parade of people to watch. Who would bother with CNN’s drivel?
CNN can’t find anyone to work there?? Have they contacted any illegal immigrants? I thought that we need them to do the jobs that Americans won’t do. . .
Bingo....as they have openly declared that they’re goal is not to report the news but to “change the world”.
When they remember what their business is supposed to be about then maybe things might improve...so long as they’re trying to “force” a change in minds people will just switch off, it’s too transparent.
PBS is more desirable. At least they get some gov’t funding. CNN is a sinking ship with no legislated and guaranteed source of income. Yet.
Either their writers or most of their anchors operate at the level of a 14-year-old girl. The Saturday morning anchor, Lynn something, begins every third sentence, or more, with “So,”, for example, “So...the United States and Russia are in talks about Crimea”.
I had never heard people begin every reply or statement with “so...” until that twerp from the IRS bumbled his way through Congressional testimony last year, now I hear it all the time, and it has begun to drive me crazy.
I understand Ed Schultz has some free time on his hands. I bet Ed would love to help Jeff in his attempt to boost CNN’s ratings.
Zucker went on to elaborate just how bad his agency sucked, but did say; "Well at least we ain't MSNBC."(Well, if it ain't in the article, it should be.
This is CNN circling the drain. The pace of their swirl is increasing as their spin is getting tighter.
Your right, team him with Randi Rhodes. Big ratings to be had there Jeffy
