During the interview with ABC News, Cantor told Karl he believed his defeat could not be attributed to his stance on immigration reform, after Karl presented him with a tweet sent by conservative Republican Rep. Steve King of Iowa, reading, "Earthshaking primary results in Virginia tonight. Resounding rejection of #Amnesty and support for Rule of Law. Personal regrets to Eric."

If he didn’t walk all over the people who put him there but stopped to listen to them rather than talk all over them, he would still have that job.

He lost for one reason: He ignored the people who put him in that office because he was too busy being important.

Of course he's shocked.

The D's and R's agreed that was his appointed lordship.

How dare the serfs steal from royalty!

He’ll make a WONDERFUL lawyer. So much potential there to represent big-name clients.

Just keep his ass out of power, FOREVER.

I can sympathize with his shock.

After all, the “fix” was in; the poles were rigged; promises were made; and some were paid and favors made.

What went wrong?

Well, it was quite apparent that the voters had all that they could take from RINO-E representatives (the word: representatives is an oxymoron when it comes to the Republican establishment) and wanted someone to actually represent what free society we have left.

I’ll bet that “crony capitalists” are crying in their mansions right now.
