That’s the first I’ve seen “and the Levant”, rather than the usual “and Syria”. That’s a direct threat to Israel.
BTW, making the organization illegal is a significant step. It will make it harder for ISIS to raise funds in Britain. It will also make it possible to arrest any British citizen, who goes to fight for ISIS and then returns (say, for the free medical care, and welfare payments).

Technically ISIS stands for Islamic State of Iraq and Sham. Not sure when Levant was determined but that is why some call them ISIL.
