I'm confused.
This article from the Clarion Ledger says that you CAN vote in the run-off even if you DIDN'T vote in the original election. However, if you did vote in the original election you MUST vote on the same party ballot as the first time.
I think this means that if you did vote orginally on a Democrat ballot, you cannot cross-over and vote in the Republican run-off. But if you are a Democrat who did not vote at all, then you can cross-over and vote for the Republican?

Those that voted in the dem primary can NOT vote in the gop runoff election.
I may have it wrong. If this is the case, then I think its probably less to worry about. Those who didn’t bother to come out in round 1 are unlikely to be swayed into getting off their asses for round 2
