Though I learned to hate it at the time, I'm grateful I was in the Army from 65 to late 67.
Pretty much walked away from all things military until Clinton and learned ... it was nothing like what it was when I was in .... and certainly different today.

I'm sure a lot of my former squadron mates are gagging on this stuff, though - and heading for the exits.
