Twenty years ago the Feds were raiding Tennessee construction sites and making mass arrests followed by deportation. In some instances they converged on large developments with dozens of agents in squad cars, helicopters, and buses. Those days are long gone. Now it looks like Obama is dispatching those cars, helicopters, and buses to round up illegals in their home countries and then helping them cross the border safely.
