Nine people are feared dead after self-defense forces in the Donetsk region shot down a Ukrainian army helicopter, which was used for transporting military cargo, a Kiev spokesman said.
The Mi-8 helicopter was downed “at about 5 pm local time at Karachun Mountain near Slavyansk by a rocket fired from a portable air defense system,” eastern Ukraine military operation spokesman, Vladislav Seleznyov, wrote on his Facebook page.
“There were nine people aboard the helicopter. According to preliminary information, all those aboard died in the crash,” he said, adding that the helicopter was returning to a Ukrainian checkpoint after a cargo delivery mission.
The self-defense troops, who fired the missile, escaped to the nearby village of Bylbasovka, Seleznyov wrote.

Shellings, airstrikes, and movements by the Kiev troops have been continuous since Poroshenko declared a "Ceasefire" last week.
Either Kiev obviously has no intention of honoring its "Ceasefire", or Poroshenko does not have control over the troops in the field, specifically the private militias of Right Sector, Kolomoisky, and Lyashko, that Kiev has given weapons, heavy artillery, and AFV's.

Since Poroshenko’s “Ceasefire” declaration, there have been numerous instances of shelling with heavy artillery, attacks, and airstrikes on rebel-held towns.
Does Poro actually have any control over the troops in the field, especially the private militias of the Billionaire Oligarch’s, and Right Sector??

That is absolutely false. Ukraine’s forces have been firing back at the terrorists when fired upon, but they have taken no offensive actions since the cease fire took place. In the mean time, Russia’s forces claimed they would respect the cease fire starting yesterday, and today they have been attacking Ukraine’s forces on many fronts.

Within a couple of hours of the DPR agreeing to a cease-fire, Kiev troops were shelling Semenovka, a Slavyansk suburb.

Just because YOU choose to deny it has happened, doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.
Until you can point to a reliable source, I have no reason to believe that it happened. Citing to Putin’s paid twitter trolls and to a couple of Russian state owned media sources who quote Putin’s toadies running his terror operation in eastern Ukraine is not what I believe to be particularly compelling evidence gathering.
