September 11, 2001 really put our knuckling down to Islam into overdrive. If they ever manage to kill hundreds of thousands of us, or more, we’ll likely be required to convert to show them how diverse and tolerant we are.
We wouldn’t want Islam’s self-esteem to suffer, now would we?
Remember - when you go to work - make sure you strap some good ole’ tasty Duncan Donuts to your dash and throw extras to other commuters while you chomp away...drink coffee with a smile and cheerfully bring in large dishes of food to work that smells heavenly...because that would counter anything and everything...and if you take a cab — buy some Cinnamon buns - fresh out of the oven...and take the long way...saying out loud...uhm uhm uhm uhm...Glad I’m out of the military at this point!

U.S. forces are not required by our government to do anything during Ramadan other than dress more conservatively and attend cultural training classes so they know how not to offend their host country.
It’s the policies of Islamic businesses/restaurants and foreign governments that will probably make Americans adapt to their Ramadan practices when off-base. For example, many Islamic businesses/restaurants will be closed during daylight hours. So Americans won’t be able to purchase food during that time.

If I were in this screwed-up military, I would disobey this edict and happily be court-martialed. Why do we have to suck up to these medievel cretins?
I am so damned glad that I am gone from the Army. I am so glad that I don’t have to put up with this crap. I would never tell a kid to day to go into the military. I would tell him to get a real life, that serving today you are serving a nation that has turned its back on God and is being run by a bunch of God hating liberals destined to destroy this nation and turn it over to the communists or maybe give it to Boko Harlem.
Please note these restrictions are for US military personnel LIVING IN BAHRAIN.
