Keep in mind that before 2016, the existing immigration laws may be Comprehensive Immigration Reform, not the current never enforced laws.

And that is why I see it as an absolute imperative that the GOP fight any and all legislation regarding any sort of “comprehensive” that is really nothing more than a coward’s mechanism to allow criminals here illegally to remain here legally, and to provide them with the legitimization of citizenship, pathwayed or otherwise.
