#1 - Obama will never resign
#2 - The laws will only be overturned if challenged in court AND overturned by the SCOTUS.
That’s not how it works.
First of all, he’s not going to resign. He’s a Chicago thug who has figured out he can do pretty much what he wants as long as there are fewer than 67 Republican senators.
Second, if he were to resign or be removed (in the unlikely event he does something so egregious that there are enough Democrat cross-overs to sustain an impeachment), all the laws and executive orders he signed would remain in effect until repealed or countermanded.
