Why doesn't King Obama just get his Parliament to issue a Quartering Act and order the housing and feeding of illegals in the homes of American citizens. Afterall, his great-great-great-great-great-great Gran-daddy George III did it.

Yes, the quartering act came to mind...... albeit at the time of the revolution, it was housing the occupying forces...
Still, it is one more act of king 0/king George IV....

"Perfectly legal; as a professor of Constitutional Law, I know that it only prohibits the quartering of soldiers in time of peace. It says nothing about not being able to quarter Unvisaed Visitors at any time. As a matter of fact, I finished signing the Executive Order, and am admiring my signature."
