Sorry, the country needs someone who knows what they want to do with the job from day one, has the people who can do it, and has the balls to really really hurt the people who need hurting.

After Clinton beat H.W. Bush in 1992 and the Reagan/Bush years were done, Romney reregistered Republican in October of 1993, deciding that he would enter elective politics as a Republican instead of democrat.

In his more than 20 years of running, he has won a single election, didn’t reach 50% in that, and after polling for reelection, he gave up that dream and left office with 34% approval, and after 4 republican governors in a row, he turned Massachusetts over to a democrat.

I don’t believe this poll for a second.

Blacks, and in increasing numbers large majorities of Hispanics and decent majorities of women vote their demographic profiles. There simply aren’t enough people to create this level of crossover movement.
