2. An observation, apropos of nothing much: No U. S. military person was ordered into harms way or risked injury or death at the hands of an armed adversary as a direct consequence of an order emanating from C-in-C Clinton. I’m a bit surprised that he has not made this point. (The Kosovo dust-up was “farmed out” to NATO).
