It’s an anti-aircraft and anti-missile missile. “Barak” means “lightning” in Hebrew, like the Arabic “Buraq”.
“Barack” in BHO is ARABIC for “blessed” like the Hebrew “Baruch” or “Barukh” (guttural/hard “h”)
