Judge Sides With IRS – Targeting Victims Cannot Hire Forensic Expert to Find “Lost” Emails

Chalk up another victory for out of control government and its related rampant abuse of power. A lawsuit brought by the conservative group “True the Vote” asking to have a forensic expert of the court’s choosing attempt to recover the “lost” Lois Lerner emails has been denied.

U.S. District Court Judge Reggie Walton said in his decision that the plaintiff failed to show “irreparable harm” as a result of the “lost” emails, which, since the contents of them is unknown to those who were not involved in the criminal activities, would likely be an impossible thing to prove before the fact. That’s why they are called investigations as opposed to being called evidence.

Once again being the first black president and his fellow Democrats appear to enjoy optimal insulation from the potential consequences of their actions, almost rising to the level of immunity.

Email From IRS, Washington, DC to U.S. District Court Judge Reggie Walton. Classified: Our recent decision to begin an audit on all tax returns going back to year 1924 has been cancelled due to manpower shortages. And action in which we put a lien on your property, two homes, cars blah, blah, blah, has been rescinded due to unforeseen circumstances. And regarding the issue that you are gay and were involved in innumerable dalliances with men of who have demonstrated a tendency towards gay activity, has been misidentified. Have a nice day.

The judge probably got a call about some tax “discrepancies” the IRS noticed during a “routine” review of his return, as was then told that these could either “disappear” or be released to the public depending on how he ruled....

When the Left gets to define “harm,” they can kill us without inflicting any.

Not “unexpected”. Both the “judge” and the IRS work for Obama.

HUH???!!!???

How did the judge KNOW no “irreparable harm” was done? Why are there so many ‘lost’ emails from this admin then?

Loving this all this transparency.

I guess government workers don’t have to keep records now and there since there is essentially no way to request to see them. “What difference does it make” TM/DNC

For the first time in my life, I am praying for a military coup to oust 0bama and arrest the unfunny clowns posing as judges, congressmen, and senators.

As I’ve said countless times, this was “settled science” when the IRS was told that under no conditions were those Lerner emails to become public. Think about who the IRS reports to...

Once you have your marching orders and the outcome is clear, any excuse will do, no matter how flimsy. It’s like a plea bargain - everyone in the IRS is going to go along with the deal because they all have a lot to lose if they don’t and the deal falls apart.

Judges should have to go to and pass Judge School before they can even be considered for the job .LOL

The fix is in. Personally,I don’t like it, but two times, once in 2008 and once in 2012 I put my wisdom against the majority of voters in the United States and both times was soundly rebuffed. Therefore, I must defer to the will of the majority that things such as this is what they want. But I am old and won’t have to put up with it long at the longest. But these young bucks....they will get to fully enjoy the fruits of their labor [votes].

Here’s the thing. The analysis is absolutely correct. HOWEVER ... don’t just think it’s the Dims that our ridiculous Courts protect. They protect whoever is in power. Think our SCOTUS is “conservative”? Think again. They have chipped away at rights faster than any SCOTUS I have ever seen.

I sent my employer a revised W-2 showing 17 exemptions. Someone from HR called to clarify. I explained that these were to reflect the illegal aliens I have living under my porch, so thank you and please don’t withhold any taxes from me anymore.

When the IRS asked about it I told them that I’m an honest, upright person who never lies and, oh by the way, I take the 5th amendment.

When they asked me for my paperwork I cheerfully explained that the hard drive in my cheap Chinese-made laptop - just like the ones the gubmint uses - crashed and everything was lost.

If you want me I’ll be out golfing...;’)

I know how you feel. I'm thankful that I have no children, though I feel bad for my young nieces, nephews, and cousins, who will never know the country where I grew up.

On the other hand, I'm the "black sheep" of the family, the lone "Jefersonian Liberal," as Professor Walter Williams would put it, so those children will get to reap what their parents, and the like-minded voting public, have sown.

It was a noble experiment, and I think that there will probably never again be another confluence of people and events that led to the Declaration of Independence and Constitution of the United States. Pity.

I’m not praying for it but I would certainly support a temporary military administration of the country in order to guarantee the re-establishment of a Constitutional government.

Corrupt judges are a curse.

It's always been that way.

Corrupt judges accept secret bribes, and then justice is not done.
~Proverbs 17:23

The prince asks, also the judge, for a bribe, And a great man speaks the desire of his soul; So they weave it together. The best of them is like a briar, The most upright like a thorn hedge.
~Micah 7:3 and 4
