That’s my take on it.
In the abstract, I just don’t care because once your info is in the Could, wherever it is stored, it is out there. I certainly have nothing anyone is interested in, but my first reaction is ... I kinda like that. Makes it tough on the Feds to gather the info.
Everything is SO multinational now that I don’t know that it matters in the long run. Not saying that is a good thing, just not sure it matters.
