The facts don’t matter. As in 1965 the Left and the sycophant media are promoting a narrative. Basically the same narrative as in 1965. “The police who are white goons are racist and will use any excuse to murder a young black male. Whites are basically rascist and place no real value on black life. America is a corrupt oppressive white rascist culture and must be torn down (or radically transformed) Riots are justified.” etc etc etc. Some things never change. In 1965 the grandfathers of the current NYT reporters and editors were writing the same tripe.
