That's why the language has to be managed by leftists, to sync up with the new reality. "Global Warming" becomes "Climate Change". It's all for control. Similar to what Orwell said in referring to "Newspeak":

That’ll happen. Global Warming is a wild card and can lead to any type of Climate Change. Of course, Climate Change always leads to government funding. That’s a given.
