By using the leftists short-hand term “Climate” they are accepting the premise that climate is a man made, critical issue that needs to be addressed yesterday, and that it is so important an issue that the choice between it and the constitution is a reasonable one.
In other words using the word “climate” in the headline (and body of article) the way the left uses it, in a way legitimizes the environazis agenda.
A better headline would have been...
“Lawless Obama’s use of global warming fraud to control your life”
