They continuously do census studies, basically the long form that most of us ignore. Yes, there is the 10-year biggie, but they have to justify their existence so these census studies take place to ‘update’ their findings.
Justify- that is laughable. IRS sends 1,000 refunds to the same address amounting to a 100,000 in refunds. So ironic....
