They are prosecuting a black judge in New Orleans for doing the same thing...
Is this “Louisiana Purchase Landrieu”?
And they’ll find it was all a simple misunderstanding and the she truly is a resident and nothing will change.
Good, this is good, this is the kind of stuff they pull on us all the time, we need to keep punching back twice as hard.
Sorry folks, I understand that there might be some issue for some people in having to maintain two residences, but I’ve heard of many senators and reps, far more prominent that Mary Landrieu, who had roomates, etc.
If the law says she has to live in LA, then she has too and so do the rest of these cheaters and thieves we’ve managed to put over us, like the fools we are.
BOTH SIDES.
... but unlike my Rat colleagues, I don't get enough senator salary,
campaign contributions, bribes and kickbacks to afford two
homes ... so you mean old Freepers need to back off!
.........her attorney will file a motion to quash the subpoena on bs grounds which will likely be granted. Or, he will file for a continuance on bs grounds which will likely be granted. Or, he will file a protective order. After that, they will file “objections” to every item requested in the subpoena. And, on and on...............
Judges don’t like taking on sitting US Senators as they are political animals themselves.
And, the corruption of our system continues on.
