That’s “brandishing a firearm” & could result in arrest.
Now, holding up a big color poster of a Glock 17 in their faces would be difficult to prosecute. However, civil suits for “emotional violence” or “made us feel uncomfortable” could still result.
Michigan is an open carry state which makes brandishing a bit tougher to prosecute. You can walk past them with a rifle in hand and there isn’t squat they can do about it.
Or hold up a big picture of Adrian Peterson.
Don’t need a license to open carry in Michigan. Strap on a pair of 45’s and go for a walk. ;)
Open carry is legal here in Michigan, long or short guns.
