I see your point. But, speaking only for myself, I wouldn’t allow myself to become stuck. I would sell my house, business, whatever, for what money I could. If they wouldn’t sell fairly quickly I would rent a U-Haul, load it up and drive away and not look back, giving Ferguson the finger all the while of course....
