My son serves in the Air Force Reserves and pledged the oath below. How can we expect illegals to actually “bear true faith and allegiance to the same”?

ISIS terrorists are urged to sign up for the US military, where they will be free to terrorize just like the Major in Ft. Hood. Obama hates the USA!
This will not work in the US military without a 'fundamental transformation.' Certainly, there will be a small percentage of these recruits who truly value and desire American citizenship and are willing to serve to earn it. I suspect that will not be the case with the majority.

My daughter, who has a bachelors degree, has been trying to enlist in the Air Force. The recruiters have not contacted her despite her repeated attempts over the past month and a half. This news chaps my hiney.
There have been non-citizens fighting with us because they are shown taking their oath of citizenship. Now if an illegal immigrant of mideastern heritage enlists, that should be a sign right there, but hey, who’s watching?

I hope that this put an end to the lie that illegal aliens deserve a “pathway the citizenship” according to immigration activists in that many of them have served in the armed forces. The article states that there are no illegal aliens currently serving and non have served for decades.
The US military will be made up of people for hundreds of countries, like the armies of old were. The leadership came from, say Rome, Assyria, etc. But the troops are made up of conscripts. The Soviet army had millions of untrained, poorly educated conscripts. Now so will Amerika. I am so danged glad that I am done and out. I would have a very difficult time serving today. I would probably have walked years ago.
