Its all total BS. Khorasan denotes someone coming from the area sometimes known as ‘Greater Afghanistan’ which emcompasses both Afghanistan and much of Pakistan. It is not the name of a cell or group, it just refers to the fighters in Syria who were veteran Al Qaeda from that area.
To put things in perspective, this is the equivalent of Obama saying, because there are British fighters in ISIS...
“Ladies and gentlemen. We have a new and menacing threat that has branched off from ISIS with the intent to attack Americans... they are called, the British.”
Obama is a dumb as a box of rocks, or rather he is hoping the American people are.
