If he actually broke law and he did, then he needs to be completely procecuted. We cannot _every_ have such blantant lawlessness in the top law enforcement position of USG, again.

Actually the singer was murdered shortly after that video was made, the cops made up a BS suicide story, the kid was 23 years old and about to become a really big star and they claimed he killed himself.
