A surefire way to get unelected is to tell 55% of the state's voters they did something stupid.
It will work every time.

You are correct. Even if it is true.

I only have one comment. DUH!
To: Mariner
It has been proven more reckless to have voted for him as gov. The only negative so far with pot being legalized is the intrusion of the gov on every level in what is now a legal business in Colorado.

He’s correct, but you can’t tell that to a country whose only remaining consolation is that it can narcotize itself into oblivion.

Reckless?
Hell, the piper hasn’t even finished playing his tune, much less asking for payment.
But when the fallout happens and even libertarian stoners see the light of day - Gov. ‘looper will be proven correct.

I saw this morning that homeless people were flooding Colorado to take advantage of the legal pot.
I expect every one of them votes Democrat. Even the ones who don’t vote.
To: Mariner
They were even more reckless to elect tax & spend Democrats to the state legislature, the governor’s office and to Congress.

Stoned people make reckless decisions. A lot of the corruption, evil and sick and twisted cr@p going on today is because of pot where even deprave things are ‘funny’.

Governor Chickenpooper’s buddy George Soros is the one that put millions behind the wacko weed legalization through his tides foundation. The ballot was not properly worded and the commercials made it sound like it was to tax medical wacko weed. We have been had all the way around.

Doubtful.. you have a democrat telling democrats they’re dumb. First truthful statement from a sitting democrat but I expect the 55% are to damn high and dumb to even notice.

Legalization of drugs, expansion of Casinos, legalization of homosexual “marriage”.
Next up-legalization of prostitution.
The country is going down the sewer.

Wow! Common sense on the part of a third rate Dem governor? Better late than never.
He’s right that approving pot was an extremely stupid thing to do, but he should have taken up a position before the law was passed. Coward.
