Sanford Rubenstein's mattress taken as evidence as lawyers for alleged rape victim are confident he will be indicted.

‘There’s a lot of new information that will be devastating to Mr. Rubenstein,’ said one of the attorneys representing the woman, 42, who alleges she was raped by the high-powered lawyer after a birthday bash for the Rev. Al Sharpton. Police on Monday removed at least a dozen evidence bags and a mattress from Rubenstein’s building. But Mayor de Blasio wouldn’t speculate how the rape accusations would affect the case of NYPD chokehold victim Eric Garner, whose family is represented by Rubenstein.

Sanford Rubenstein’s mattress is now evidence.

It was hauled off by police in an unmarked white van from the high-powered attorney’s swanky apartment Monday after lawyers for the woman who accused Rubenstein of rape declared they had the goods on him.

“There’s a lot of new information that will be devastating to Mr. Rubenstein,” said lawyer Keith White, who added they are confident he will be indicted. “We want to give the district attorney a chance to take this information and do the right thing. . . . We expected the district attorney to do the right thing.”

White did not divulge any details about the supposed evidence, but said the female friend who was with the 42-year-old accuser at Rubenstein's E. 64th St. apartment before the alleged attack is “completely cooperative.”

White’s law partner, Kenneth Montgomery, noted that Rubenstein hired Benjamin Brafman, who helped clear French pol Dominique Strauss-Kahn of rape charges in 2011 — by dirtying up the accuser.

A white male accused to raping a black female! This should be thunderous news and coverage on the limp networks.

Maybe Sanford Rubenstein should be talking to Bill Clinton, the all-time expert at getting away with sexual assaults.

That said, I don't know if Rubenstein is guilty or falsely accused.

Did Klinton ever rape one of his victims with a supersized strap-on like Rubenstein supposedly did? Democrats are just sick sick sick.

Is that what this is really about?

I am left wondering how it is that Gloria Allred didn’t jump on this case. It’s right in her wheelhouse.
