Unconstitutional Obamacare Website Won't Release Premium Rates Till After Mid-Term Elections
Freedom Outpost ^ | October 10, 2014 | Suzanne Hammer

"The most transparent administration in the history of the United States" has announced that the "new and improved" Healthcare.gov website is more streamlined for this year's enrollment into Obamacare; but, the premium rates for plans will not be released on the website until after the November 4th midterm elections.

"The only people who don't want to disclose the truth are people with something to hide." -Barack Hussein Obama The government has released its new website which takes only 16 pages to enroll this year as opposed to the 76 pages last year. However, customers who enroll in Obamacare will not be apprised of the cost of their monthly premiums until after they have cast their vote for a candidate in the states' midterm elections. No one would buy an automobile, a home, or any product without knowing what it costs. That is just common sense.

Imagine what would happen if a private corporation - like, for example, Verizon - refused to disclose your costs until after you had signed an irrevocable contract with them.

Every republican should demand that their opponent call on the administration to release the rates. If they won’t then use that in an advert.

I won’t hold my breath.

Imagine paying for a contract that you are not part of the negotiations. Think public employees’s unions and the taxpayer.

It’s not a valid contract without services offered and compensation (payment) for said services within the contract. Both parties to a contract are required to have a performance for it to be executed and valid.

I rather suspect that - as far as the Obama administration is concerned - providing the website and making it possible to enter your information and get signed up is the entire and complete "performance" and "service offered."

I don't think their interest goes any farther than that. Except for using your information to try and sign you up as a member of the Democrat party, of course.

It's really quite funny.

If you had Ebola, the Veterans Administration medical care system would see you in 90 days. If you have Obamacare insurance, you have to see your primary care physician or PA, not go to a hospital. The whole purpose of the Obamacare pool was to have people with flu symptoms to stop going to the hospital emergency rooms for care?

Of course congress, their staffers, and followers of Islam are exempt from Obamacare.

You don’t understand ... the Affordable Care act, by definition, is supposed to be affordable.
If Americans find out it isn’t, we’re in trouble at the polls. So we’ll keep it on the `QT’ for now.

Not only that but they’re not releasing the new Medicare premiums either. Every Medicare recipient is at their mercy. I am afraid the premiums will skyrocket. I hope I’m wrong.
