Having a nose ring is indicative of what sort of crime???
Is it because it might be assumed she is of a lesser moral quality, or does her credibility go down as many notches because a nose ring makes her story less believable???

You are certainly not alone in your last statement though...There are very likely, a lot of people that feel the same way you do...
Did I say anything about a crime ? My personal preference for the female persuasion is that they don’t have odd piercings (specifically, nasal, but I don’t mind naval) and I have a visceral dislike of tattoos because it’s like defacing a work of art (the female form)... actually, the latter part is criminal to me. :-(
