I personally suspect the man would be in much worse shape if he had actually died of Ebola. He’d be bleeding out of every orifice, in noticeable pain before death. Here, he’s just vomiting.

Speaking as someone familiar with airlines and airplanes, vomiting is a common occurrence and there are more deaths on airplanes than reported. It happens. Not a biggie. If the man was bleeding we’d have a problem.
